Morson Projects NC Programming team is able to offer a wealth of knowledge and experience. This capability covers high speed, multi-axis machining techniques, and machine tools, from FMS machining cells to long bed multi-axis / multi-spindle machines.

Complex parts can be quickly and accurately programmed over an extensive range of component types, using the latest tools such as Catia V5 and Vericut.

Morson Projects reputation is built on our competency in programming for high speed machining and extreme five axis components.

Knowledge & Experience

Multi-disciplined experience of machined components and tooling allows Morson Projects to provide a knowledge based solution to meet all our clients' requirements. Morson Projects also supply method documents, work holding techniques and documentation to support the NC programs.

Support can also be provided on-site to work on a 'Program & Prove Out' basis and support all manufacturing activities up to and including CMM programming and first article inspection.
