Morson International Shortlisted for REC IRP Awards

Morson International is celebrating recognition in the recruitment industry after being shortlisted for the ‘Best Recruitment Company to Work for' award in the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) awards.

Commenting on the award nomination, CEO Ged Mason said: "We are delighted to be recognised for this high profile award by the IRP. The well-being of our staff is at the heart of our work and core values as a company; we would not be where we are as a company today if it was not for the service and dedication of our workforce. It is extremely encouraging to see this formally recognised by such an important body in the recruitment business."

 

Furthermore, one of our Aerospace recruiters Paul Oldham has been shortlisted for the 'Best Temporary Recruitment Consultant of the Year' which is a remarkable personal achievement.

Of his nomination, Paul said: "I am delighted to be down to the final shortlist of candidates in this category. I have always been passionate about my job with a determination to succeed on behalf of my clients. The award is a fantastic boost to my confidence and I feel proud to have my achievements recognised by such an influential body in the recruitment industry."

The IRP awards recognise high performing companies and individuals in the recruitment business. Morson International are pleased to have been shortlisted and look forward to the 20th October when the winners of each category will be announced.
