Morson Projects has been responsible for the analysis and design of metallic Trailing Edge Details (TED) for the MID and Outer Fixed Trailing Edge (MFTE/OFTE) and the composite Trailing Edge Secondary Structure (TESS) for the MFTE, for the A350-900. Some of the items included within the design and analysis activities are as follows: –

In support of the design of the items above, Morson Projects were responsible for producing and using:

  • Detailed Design using CATIA V5, R18 (CATIA format applicable to the A350 programme)

  • Frontier and Interface Drawings, PKCs ect
  • Full Utilization of PDMLink
  • Complete FiberSIM Models (Panels)
